Cayenne to taste (optional)
Paprika to taste (optional)
Turmeric to taste (optional)

Preheat the oven to 425°C (225°C). Cut the avocado in slices and remove the seed. In order to make space for the eggs, spoon out a little bit of the avocado. Next, press it into baking sheet to make its bottom flat to avoid falling over.
Then, crack one egg in one half of the avocado and add some spices, turmeric, salt, pepper, cayenne or paprika. Do the same thing with the other half. Put them on a baking sheet and cook the filled avocado halves until the eggs are cooked.
